At mid day, lunch is served in the form of grand buffet on the sunny terrace opposite Saulire. In the evening, one dines by candlelight in an elegant dining room with a menu of some choice proposing soup, a hot entree or fish, meat , cheeses and dessert. The cuisine is inspired and representative of all the regions of France but with a particular penchant for the south-west where the same team of chefs presides in the summer. A grand seafood buffet with lobster, crustaceans, assorted different sea food dishes ; hot, cold and smoked etc...is organised once a week by the Alpes Hôtel du Pralong for its guests.
